Went peaching picking today. $15 for a small bag, $30 for a large. They allow two people to pick per small bag.

The value was about the same as the supermarket but the peaches were excellent

Regional amusement park. I'm not sure we'd do this again... the place was a little run-down. The rides would probably interest a kid 9-13 but that's about it. It's worth the extra ride to go somewhere better, unless you just want to blow a few hours and are pretty local.

1. The kids had an awesome, awesome time
2. It cost ~ $200 for 1.5 hours
3. The staff was excellent and very accommodating
4. The facilities are perfect for kids 2 to perhaps 6 or 7
5. We brought in our own food. Warm food we grabbed at Francos, right next door. (the girls said most folks go there)
6. Birthday party can either be structured or unstructured. The girls were excellent at noticing the kids just wanted to play and let them on their way.

Definitely recommend. Price was a tad on the high side but all things considered I found it brought decent value

Would definitely recommend Jones for taking a kid to in the summer.

We were recently at Hawley Lane Shoes in Shelton and needed to go to Monroe to meet up with some friends. We had been to Jones to grab a Christmas tree last year so we figured we'd stop there on the way and see how it was in the summer... well honestly it's probably better in the summer!

There is a wine tasting room with an attached, very clean, play area for the kids. It could probably fit 10 kids comfortably but doesn't seem like many kids use it.

There was an ice cream stand outside. Very reasonably priced ($2.50) and it was great.

Lots of little kid-sized houses for the kids to run in and a few old tractors for the kid to look at.

We were there during strawberry picking season. The only downside was that we had to drive to another field to pick the actual strawberries.
