After School Pottery and Ceramic Art programs in an actual pottery studio in Stamford CT
Our 8-week after school Pottery / Ceramic Art programs are designed to provide children with the experience of an actual professional pottery studio. During each weekly program, the students will learn to use the potters wheel, learn handbuilding / sculpturing techniques and glaze all of their projects that they will accomplish during the program. The projects are fun and creative and will be taught by our accomplished artist / teachers. No prior ceramics or clay experience is required. More challenging work will be assigned to students with previous experience.
Our children programs were evaluated and are now offered by Darien and Stamford Education Departments and the Stamford Museum and nature Center
8 WEEK KIDS POTTERY PROGRAM, AGES 8 - 12 (Age 7 will be considered. Ages 14 & older can enroll adult classes)
$340 includes all fees and tools. (toolset - additional $20)

Learn the art of pottery through our ceramic art classes, using the potters wheel and sculpting, in a professional, spacious and well lit studio centrally located in lower Fairfield County, Stamford, CT.
Instruction activities for children and adults include group classes (beginners and advanced), private lessons for adults or children, after school ceramic art classes for children, school break and summer day camps. Use of Open Studio space can be purchased by potters and sculptors for independent work and firing. Teachers professional development, corporate team building workshops / events, custom programs, birthday party events for children or adults and gift certificates are also available. Our gallery include diverse handmade pottery work made by our instructors. We service Southern CT, Fairfield County, near Westchester, White Plains and Rockland County, NY central.
